Meet Stephen Grandy
After serving in the United States military, Stephen Grandy brought the same discipline and mission-focus that defined his service into the world of software engineering. The transition wasn't just a career change — it was a deliberate choice to apply technical skills toward building things that actually matter.
He doesn't just consult — he builds. Stephen codes everything himself, leveraging Claude Code and AI-assisted development to deliver at a pace that traditional agencies can't match. He built a full coaching website with scroll-driven video, Stripe payments, and a booking system. He built NALA — an AI lead generation agent. He builds first and talks second.
Off the keyboard, Stephen is a certified skydiving coach and tunnel instructor at iFly with 80+ hours of tunnel time. The same precision that keeps you safe at 120mph is what he brings to every line of code. Discipline isn't a value statement — it's a habit.
Syntrix was founded to bridge a clear gap: most businesses and agencies that need modern technology either can't afford large agencies or can't get them to move fast enough. As a VOSB, Syntrix is eligible for federal set-aside contracts — making it easier for government agencies to work with a builder who actually ships.
